The VS Vereinigte Spezialmobelfabriken GmbH & Co, Tauberbischofsheim (Germany) is the owner of several registered trade marks and patents, amongst others, the LupoGlide chair, PantoSwing chair, PantoMove chair, Uno-M Ligno table, Uno-M Lamino table, Step-by-Step table, Ergo –III table, Lite table and various other products. All VS products are designed, patented and manufactured by themselves, and under license by their sole and exclusive partner for the Indian market- Infiniti Modules P. Ltd. Any endorsement, deliberate copying of any VS products is an infringement to their patent security in Germany.
Apart from the moral issue involved, it is a serious breach of Intellectual Property Law under the Trade practices Act and a contravention of Design Rights. Any infringement will be pursued vigorously and immediately by all legal options available.
